How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Canada only. We’re working toward expanding our shipping options in the future.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 CAD.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your delivery status.

What if my candle arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our candles. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll arrange a replacement right away.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for candles that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition.

How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Can I exchange my candle for a different scent?
Yes. If you’d like to try a different scent, we’re happy to arrange an exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the candle is unused and unopened.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been opened or burned.
